Here, at Kashan Oriental Rugs, we offer a wide selection of rugs from all over the globe, with the majority coming from countries in the Middle East and Asia, such as India, China, Pakistan, Iran, and Afghanistan. We offer hand-made rugs, machine-made rugs, wool rugs, antique rugs, and new rugs in a large variety of designs, shapes, and sizes.

We also sell machine-made rugs from Karastan. Choose your design at http://www.karastan.com/ and bring it to our local store, where we can order your selected design, shape, and size, or come to Kashan Oriental Rugs to choose from our variety of Karastan rugs.

We also repair rugs that have been damaged (by pets, weathering, moths, etc.) by binding or surging the ends, sewing the fringe, and weaving spots on the rug that have worn out. To bind the edges, we use a wool yarn to match with the color of the rug. To surge the fringe, we use a special waxed thread that cannot be ripped manually. Worn out spots on the rugs are weaved by Nasir Jallal, the owner and master weaver of Kashan.

We deep clean and deodorize rugs as well. Our team at Kashan uses a special homemade formula to clean dust and dirt out of the rug and the fringe. To deodorize a rug, we soak the rug overnight, then wash it repeatedly to ensure elimination of all odors.

To keep rugs from sliding in your homes, Kashan sells double-sided, under-rug padding. Having padding under your rug can prevent injuries and wrinkling of the rug. The top of the padding has a rough surface made to keep the rug on top in place. The bottom of the padding has a grip surface to prevent slipping on hardwood and tile floors. This padding can be used for rugs on all surfaces: hardwood, tiles, carpet, etc.

We offer appraisals at our local store. These can be used to find out the value of a client’s rug, for their insurance company (in case of loss or damage), or when selling a rug.

We pick-up and deliver rugs from and to the client’s own home.
